The pavement/sidewalks art are amazing! I’d imagine that there’d be businesses and NYC “agencies” that like wall art, would permit use of payments/sidewalks. The art would be amazing on streets that are still paved with cobblestones like those around the South Street Seaport. The surfaces make for an interesting “canvas”–just sayin’.
